Do you offer fixed-price or project-based services?

Yes, we offer fixed-price, as well as ongoing subscription-based deliverables.

How quickly can we get started?

Typically, onboarding takes 4-6 weeks from signing a statement of work to your first technical content is published. After that, your documentation is kept regularly up to date, and your technical content delivered every week based on a transparent plan.

How do payments work?

For fixed-price content, we’ll invoice you on a per-project basis. For ongoing content, you can opt to either pay a single invoice at the start of each quarter or create a monthly payment plan.

What if we are not satisfied with the quality of the work?

We stand by our satisfaction guarantee. If you’re ever unsatisfied, we’ll work closely with you to make it right. After two rounds of revisions, if it still doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll offer a full rewrite or a complete refund.
